im currently useing the Neutrogena oil free acne foaming cleanser (i was using it for 3 weeks so far)and im seing some results but i still get some oil and my skin is not clearing fast enough.so will using an alcohal-free toner help?do u have any recomendations of any good alcohal-free toners?ty!!!

PS. PLease do not say anything about proactive,i tryed it and it made my acne worse....suprise,suprise!!

YES. any toner without alcohal is a good one, because alcohal strips the natural oils you NEED.
but, i dont think you really need a toner. most toners are completely useless, and if you want an awesome cheap toner, try witch hazel.

i use neutrogena oil free acne wash and ive been using it for about 2 or 3 days or so. i dont see results yet but i also bought a triple action toner which is also oil free but i dont understand why i get so much oil after about an hour. do you think its ok to just use a toner at night and just the cleanser in the morning

If i were you ide cleanse at night rather than in the morning (after a hard days worth of dirt), and tone after as it tightens your pores. And in the morning just a normal face wash to get rid of the nights oil.

Also if you clease too often it drys the skin out tell your skin to produce more oil.
So take it easy on your skin, and try an oil fighting moisturizer.

I have a lot of blackheads but u only see them if u are up close but still ive had blackheads for so long i want to get rid of them..i got the acne free kit with the cleanser..toner..and lotion that i started using everyday and im in the sun a lot..which all seems to be helping zits but will the blackheads go away from this too? if not what can i do?

i have the same problem as u and i kno from experience it doesn't make them go away u have to get a special cleanser for that, check out wal-mart or shop ko, they usually have large varieties of those certain cleansers

have you ever used it?
i get about one pimple a week
is the repairing lotion any good?
what about the spot treatment gel?
is the cleanser efective?
doe sthe toner work?

i use it and it works if you apply it morning and evening you just have to put lotion on your face after wards because even though it comes with repairing lotion it still makes your skin really dry
plus there is acne free for pimple scars and it worked really well

I bought it because it was the only oil and alcohol free one and it felt really refreshing at first but it still makes my face feel all filmy after a while. Is there a good oil free toner that works well for very acne prone skin but doesn't sting much or is too drying?

I've used it and I absoultely love it. It smells wonderful and it doesn't sting too much at all. It really helped with my skin as well.

I left it open for 3 days. Is it still usable or should I get another one?

It'll be fine to still use it. It doesn't go bad or spoil. It's the same as if you had left the cap off your shampoo.
