Is there any good medication available that is effective to cure body acne?

I have acne on my chest and upper back. Do i have to use special body wash for acne or just use regular ones? I hope regular body wash can cure the acne eventually!

While there is no cure for acne, there are some things to help heal and prevent acne.
-use a body wash with salicylic acid
-wear breathable clothing (cotton)
-exfoliate as dead skin cells may be clogging your pores
-if you use hair products, this may be causing your acne
-after sweating, shower or rinse your skin with water
-if all else fails consider hormonal or dietary causes and speak with your doctor

It may take some time for your acne to heal so be patient.

I've looked at a lot of reviews. Some says it works magically and some say it's all a scam and one even said it made their acne WORSE. Please tell me if you used this and how it worked for you! Thanks, I really hate having to deal with back acne and chest acne and ACNE in all.

i've used it. it just depends. on how ur skin reacts to it. is it sensitive?? well, it worked well for me. i had results in about a couple of weeks. try it! i'd recommend it! and yes, i hate acne too. its annoying. use this and if it doesnt work for u, try going to a dermatologist.

Stick to the proven stuff...well nothings proven, but atleast something that can be vouched for. Like proactive apparently.
