Ive been working out for over a year now, and ive lost a total of 75lbs, I bought "Super Colon Cleanse" to clean out my body of toxins. what im wondering though is this. I drink ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BUT WATER. no orange juice, just milk with cereal. i do take a good multivitamin as well. i know water helps get rid of toxins, what im wondering is, whats the super cleanse actually going to do for me?? also, will i lose weight this way?? i dont care to lose weight by this method so this is only a concerned question about losing weight while taking the cleanser

i'm sure you know that when you burn fat, it creates toxins in your blood that water washes out. its the same kinda thing. the colon cleanse thing is nothing but a dieruetic and a laxitive. if youi're not careful, it can dehydrate you, and if you use it and have ever had any kinds of digestive problems before, it might flare them up again. you'll probably get diahrea for a few days, but you should be back to normal in a few days. DO NOT ever take them for more than a few days, three max.

I'm trying to get pregnant and I know one of the things that may be delaying this could be toxins in my body. I'd like to use a detox or cleanser that is safe to use since at some point I may be pregnant. Feel free to give me any ideas of anything else that would help in preparing my body to conceive.

When I use this on my body, is it necessary to also use soap or no?

Well its a cleanser so I think that you would not need anymore soap..Added soap will probably just dry your skin out..But if you normally use a certain soap "down there" or something that just use soap for that part, and the cleanser for your body. Lol :) Hope this helps

I've heard eating apples for a day is a good cleanser. What have you used?

I have went on a 14 day fast where all I consumed were live foods. I made fruit juices and vegetable juices. For a lunch or evening meal I steamed vegetables. I drank lots of hot teas and lots of water with lemon, and cayenne pepper. My allergies went away, my skin began to clear up, and my disposition even became more sweet and calm.

I know pomegranate juice is really good for your body but what does it specifically do? I bought pomegranate juice with blueberry and I was wondering if that would cleanse your body (by cleaning out the toxins). What does it specifically do?

Both pomegranites and blueberries are full of vitamins and antioxidants. They help the body function properly and run better. This in turn does help your body cleanse itself. Did you know that blueberries have been shown to help fight and reverse the growth of cancer cells. Keep up the good eats!!! You never know how much you are really helping yourself.

I want to start off the new year with eating heathy and getting heathy... i want to to do a body cleansing, I've heard of something like Chyanne pepper maple syrpe lemon juice and something else ! am not sure, does anyone have any tips or experinces they can share?

Drink several ounces of FRESH ORGANIC wheatgrass. Most quality health stores will have it. It can be kind of expensive, but its extremely healthy and can work as a detox. Good luck getting healthier!
