And if so, how long before the "event" in which you need to lose inches for should you get the wrap done?

My friend is about 4 inches (on top) away from fitting into a strapless bridesmaid dress for a wedding later this month.

She can wrap herself! listen for a quick fix do the lemonade diet, I don't have it with me so, I cant tell you what to buy. But I believe you can find it online by now for free. Its a quick fix, not meant to keep up for more than 10 days. if you cant find it online email me later and I will give it to you.

Ever heard of them? You are supposed to lose inches from having one done. I am sure it is mostly water weight, but I have a HUGE event that I will be attending, and I am thinking about having one done.

Ive heard of them and you right- there are so many different kinds - I think the water weight stays off for 1-2 weeks though so defin worth it for an event!

I would like to make my own body wrap to lose inches. What herbs do I need to buy to make the herbal wrap and any good/cheap places to buy them? I know I need to wrap with ace bandages and a thermal wrap over the top.
I know most people believe it is just water loss, but I've heard several say the inches stay off for weeks, not hours. Even if it is water loss, I still want to try this.

Wraps don't work. They are only temporary, it's water weight that will come back.

I am thinking of paying $135 for a body wrap in hopes of loosing inches along with my new diet and excersise routine. Does this really work? How long do the inches stay off? What are some average results? Are you loosing mostly water weight? Are the results truly visable?

i got a body wrap for the same price of $135 and it worked! first of all, i went in with doubts, but they took my measurements,got me wrapped, and then i excercised on this gazelle machine for an hour. when the wrap came off, i lost a total of 14 1/2 in. thats all over including arms, thighs, stomach and my chin area (face is optional). the inches stay off for about 2-3mos depending on if you keep dieting &excercising.you dont lose lbs. but you do lose inches.this is not visible right away, but when you go home, try on some clothes and they will fit looser. i cant wait for my next wrap! oh yeah, you can wrap yourself 2or3 times in one day.

Herbal wraps aren't meant to help you lose weight, even though some people try to makes those claims. Herbal wraps are to help you detoxify, to renourish and remineralize your body and to improve skin quality. If you do lose weight it's because you sweat inside the wrap.
