I heard about the weight loss body wrap on the radio. There website is pretty nice and it says it takes about 4 hours per wrap and they recommend 5 wraps but Guarantee you lose inches the first visit. Just wondering if anyone has done this and what you thought about it.

I haven't personally done it, but my friend Sheila did and she was very happy with the results. Her butt does look tighter now... and she says she feels great, after losing all those toxins.

is it possible to lose 1 pound a day????? how???...and please dont tell me the healthyist way to long term weight loss is to lose 1-2 pounds per week blah blah i already know that...and i dont care i want to lose a pound a day and im willing to do pretty much anything to do it thanks.... and also does anyone know how much that wrap me slender thing costs?? thanks

it is possible to lose a pound a day. run 30 miles. 30 miles will burn 3800 calories, which is a tad over 1LB. Or, eat nothing, and run 15 miles. Everyday. Hope this works.

Okay, now PLEASE DON'T get offended by what I'm about to say......the name of this diet sounds really awful and I in no way mean to offend you - but you should try this online diet called the Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet (also known as the "Lose 9 pounds in 11 days diet”). I told you it had a terrible name. Of course you're not an idiot! That's just the name of the diet.

I know some people who are losing a LOT of weight on it. You don't buy special supplements or special food, you choose the foods you like from a list on the website, then it creates an 11 day diet for you using only those foods you’ve chosen. You eat regular food, 4 meals a day...then get a 3 day period where you eat whatever you want....then the program creates a different 11 day diet for you. Then you just keep going until you've lost the weight you want.

My best friend got hers on Ebay for a really cheap price (like $5) - they are selling the diet memberships there, but my boss paid like $40 on the diet’s website. I’d do the Ebay thing if I were you. Just go to Ebay and search “Fat Loss 4 Idiots”.

They make big promises..but is there any truth behind it...and what is the mechanism for the fat loss?

There is no truth to it. There has been a product like this for sale for decades. Used to be rubber. Now it's like saran wrap.

It does not cause you to lose weight. You will just sweat more. But as soon as you take a drink after working out, you will put the fluids you lost right back into your system.

Don't waste your money on an obvious scam like this.
