i have a very sensitive and dry skin, while applying cleansing milk, my skin feels fresh and find a fine moisture. but i am a little wondering if remaining this substance as a long lasting coat on the skin would not be good and advisable.

Hi , i was wondering what is better at cleaning the skin a neutrogena gentle exfoliating wash or a cleansing milk applied with cotton wool balls. Does cleasing milk actually work?

Vary them both. Exfoliating is good, but may be too much each day. Use it every three days and the milk in between.

Went Tesco's to get some products and they didn't have any toner in the Garnier range....I bought their cleansing milk instead...is it the same thing??....Do I have to wash it off before applying moisturiser on top of it??...Or do I use it before I wash my face??

You don't wash it out. Massage the cleansing milk into your skin in circular motions and with a wet cotton pad wipe off the cleansing milk. Whatever is left, you let in sit on your skin. Cleansing milk is especially great if you have more sensitive skin. You can apply your moisturizer on top.
Toner just removes any remaining make-up you have left on after the cleansing process. It also tightens your pores.

I do not shave because I am a female.
I do not have any acne, and my face is not sunburnt.

Its possible if you used it after shaving, while sunburnt, or on open sores or acne that a burning sensation may be felt.

i have it the brand is DHC but idk wut to do with it? is it a wash? cuz i am trying to find soemthing to help my face from peeling and it says "milk" so i am hoping it will hydrate my face... i have combination skin

its supposed to relax ur skin. in the shower when theirs steam, apply with hands a thin coat to entire face avoiding eye area. then leev there a min and rinse off gently or use a wash cloth to pat it off. then follow with ur daily cleansing stuff.
