That's up to you it can't hurt you but it is recommended for people you have really dry skin and is really bad as to cracks the skin but no it won't hurt you but it works great if you have extra dried out skin. Your call, you choose what to do...

These things are just myths to suck away your money. Wash your face daily. Scrub it with a washcloth. Drink plenty of water. Eat good fats, and eat high quality protein daily. Protein from a variety of animal sources is the best for your skin. Avoid the sun and tanning beds. Get plenty of sleep. Avoid makeup and creams.

I don't know if under eye countour has the same skin structure just like another parts of face ..

So my question is that "do I need a collagen stimulating eye cream to prevent my eye contour from losing firmness and sagging ??

Actually the skin in the under eye area is the thinnest of the whole face. I have really thin skin and I have found that products that stimulate collagen have been the only kind that have helped me to gain firmess and better structure. I personally like EGF, it has properties that thicken the skin. Also copper peptides are really good as well.
