Hello, I have really bad dry skin under my arm pitts and near my breasts which is kinda wierd. Anyways I was just wondering which is the best dry skin lotion out there, that could help this?

It sounds like your deodorant is responsible for the dryness under your arm pits. Are you using Secret? Please stay away from it because the same thing happen to me that is happening to you. It was so dry I couldn't put any deodorant and had to lotion. But fortunately Dove came out with their deodorant line and I've been using it for over 7 years. So if I were you I would try Dove and see how that works.

I am doing a study on dry skin lotions and how well they work. I need a control variable for my project and I have selected it to be the most commonly used over-the-counter dry skin lotion. Thank you for all of your help.

My 13 year old son has the most dry skin ever. Ever since winter came around I felt that his entire body is almost like sand paper.
I always see him itch it and everything. I went to a dermontologist and she said he just needs to be using lotion every day on his body after he takes his shower/bath.

I just got a new Nivea Dry skin lotion, which is very thick for him. I told him he needs to apply it every day after his shower. I come in after and I apply it on his back where he cant reach.

I found out he is not even using the lotion, the bottle is still full, but his back is doing better, from when I do it, I told him many times, but he never uses it. This is what I did so far.

-I showed him pictures of people with bad bad dry skin.

-I told him that girls hate guys who have dry skin-

-I asked him if he wants to pick his own lotion from the store.

And then one day, I caught him squrting the lotion in the toilet.. Please tell me what I should do!

If he knows how important this is to you that he take care of himself, then all you can do is punish him. Tell him to use the Nivea or you will make him use a nice scented one that smells like flowers from bath & body works. Tell him you will even put the girly scent on him before school if he can't compromise and use the Nivea. Best of luck to you!

Im also looking for lotion that last a long time after applying it.

cetaphil is the best... doesn't leave your skin oily... doesn't clog pores... and lasts a long time... even in dry weather...

My brother and I were talking yesterday and he complained that he has really dry skin. I placed lotion on his head and it's still dry. The thing is that he's allergic to all kinds of stuff. What are some of your recommendation?
