Whats a good lotion for your face that won't make it too dry or too oily?

Clean & clear moisturiser is fabulous! Seriously, it's the best moisturiser i've ever tried. It's water based rather than oil based so it's not at all greasy and it dries instantly. It asol keeps your skin spot free - i really notice the difference if i run out and don't use it for a few days. It's fairly inexpensive too. You should really give it a go.

Homemade face cream

I am on clindamycin 1% topical solution and its clearing my acne up. And I'd like to know what medicated face lotion to use. I am going to pick it up tomorrow when I go to the store.

1. Use 35% hydrogen peroxide on the pimples to cure acne in 48 hours flat.

2. After the hydrogen peroxide stops itiching (about 5 minutes) use some aloe vera gel on you face.

3. After the acne is gone in 48 hours, use glycerin every two days as a moisturizer. If your skin is oily, try using some castor oil on your face at night and wash off AM.

Aloe vera is a good cover for oily skin.

I am 45. My skin is starting to get age pigmentation. What is a good face lotion that takes away age coloring/pigmentation? Thanks.

I moved to Europe last year and found some really good products, at the spa I go to but they are professional only. Other things you can try is glycolic acid lotion from the dermatologist. Nothing works better than professional or prescription products.
Another product is La Mer face cream which you can get at the department store.

I am 25, and looking for a good pore reducing face lotion. I have medium size pores and would like to shrink them a little bit. Any suggestions that aren't too expensive? Thank you!

However, it *is* on the pricier side--$40 at Sephora.

What would really help you in reducing the appearance of pores, and would be a lot cheaper, would be using an exfoliator regularly. With regular exfoliating, you're clearing out the yuck that gets into the pores and makes them appear big and black. Exfoliating with a nice facial scrub helps clear the pores out. I use this one by Lush, and I love it!

Also, using a pressed powder throughout the day on the T-zone where pores tend to be most visible will go a long way in absorbing oil and making pores appear less so.

I really don't want to buy a separate face lotion with spf just do I can use it on my face. Will the body lotion on my face cause breakouts or it makes no difference?

it depends on what in the lotion
its probably ok
but i would probably buy a moisturizer with spf
since those are designed for your face

I have normal - oily skin. I usually only get pimples every once in a while. I need a face lotion because my skin has become dry due to the cold weather. Any suggestions of ones I can find at drugstores?

Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser.

Nice and cheap, doesn't leave the skin feeling dry or tight, even in the winter. I can't even count how many people I know that use it, it's almost weird.
