I would prefer something I can use daily that has no chemicals or harmful products. I would like something affordable that works, and eventually improves the skin on my face without growing dependent on the lotion, like with other creams. Thats why I heard organic creams are the best for this. Can anyone recommend a high potency organic face cream?

I have an organic face cream I use and I want vitamin C in it because I know that its a great antioxidant for your skin..I don't want to buy an already made vitamin C face cream because it has a lot of unnecessary chemicals (that's why I use organic)..can I just crush some vitamin C tablets into the cream?..would my skin absorb it? Thanks!

Go to a health store and you should be able to find vitamin C in a liquid form.

The Body Shop has a wonderful Vitamin C Time Release facial cream to wear at night that just makes my skin radiant! People think I look at least 5 years younger ... it's a great moisturizer and gives the skin plenty of vitamins. Just in case you can't find what you're looking for ... www.thebodyshop.com.

What if it says 87% Organic... what does that mean?

organic... the ingredients are grown completely without pesticides while the natural ingredients contain some chemicals

Now that its winter my face drys out alot
And ive tried different face creams to try to keep it from peeling and crusting with dry skin
But all they do is make my face look VERY VERY oily

Does anyone know of any companys that make good face cream and not make you're face overlly oilly

* ORGANIC CREAM PREFERABLLY
BUT OTHERS ARE FINE TOO!

A new moisturizing mask i came up with myself is
1/4 C oatmeal cook with 1/3 c water
i slice cucumber
1 tb honey
1 tb plain yogurt
1 tb coconut oil ( this stuff is the best i just started using it i put it everywhere it smells good and its great for your skin!!
Blend together in blender store in fridge apply to face for 20 min rinse with warm water i use it daily and i dont even need mouisturizers anymore

I also apply coconut oil alone works great and is especially beneficial to protect skin agains natures elements, sun wind cold etc...

I love st ives apricot scrub its a great exfoliator that will definetly get rid of dry flaky skin $3 at wal mart (i have oily dry acne prone skin and this work perfectly)
