Stay out of the sun, drink a lot of water, don't smoke, sleep well, eat well, don't drink (or keep it to a minimum), use an SPF moisturizer on your face, and use Preparation-H around your eyes to tighten the skin (seriously).

I would say there's no miracle out here for anti-aging. A lot of the supposed anti-aging miracles out there with all their cancer-causing toxins will end up causing your skin more harm than good. Use Arbonne it is amazing for fighting aging. And also drink a lot of water actually you are suppose to drink half your body weight in ounces of water.
